The problem with your statement "if you don't trust the management then you should exit the business", I have yet to find any management in any company on the asx that I trust. I trust BOD3 more than BOD2 & BOD1 but it is impossible to truct them %100.
It's human nature to do things that are easy, I believe that they raised the funds because it was easier to raise funds now than struggle later.
We may have had a 5 bagger in 3 to 4 years but now that may reduce to a 2 to 3 bagger in 1 to 2 years, so you can always invest elsewhere I guess.
I'm in 2 minds with the SPP but have been here for 10 years and nothing surprises me anymore, I used to have a saying that %80 of management are scum, and I don't think that's too far from the truth!
