Is it possible that this is Eversource? Noting we were still waiting for an actual contract if I'm remembering correctly. The one catch is it does say contractS. Maybe Eversource and other companies (or maybe Eversource's subsidiaries have separate contracts? - Connecticut Light and Power (CL&P), Public Service Company of New Hampshire (PSNH), Western Massachusetts Electric Company (WMECO), Yankee Gas Services Company (Yankee Gas), NSTAR Electric, and NSTAR Gas.)

Eversource is also listed NYSE: ES which may explain why it cant be released yet?

I am hoping its defence and intelligence though!!.
