If it is a closed raise to 'sophisticated', then I would speculate the broker involved, who would have known the CR was coming, may well have been involved in the recent SP weakness. There has definitely been some VWAP manipulation last week or two.
The 'sophisticated' pool, is mostly punters, not investors. This concerns me short term.
Lets see what's announced. Still hoping its a positive surprise.
