You're open to giving management leeway through the development process of unique technology that you believe will bring rewards for your patience. Company Boards have an uncanny way of making you question your patience & investment thesis on occasion; HTG especially so considering the the events of recent past. To need further capital I have no issue with but to rattle the tin now? Seriously makes me question the ability of the Board to make rational decisions for the advancement of the company that also considers in tandem longstanding shareholder interests. Development capital for a pre-revenue company is extremely precious. Calls on it can have magnified detrimental effects on shareholders if not planned with consideration- like here. Planning & timing reflects good management which arguably here is abysmal. The 'quiet' from management is getting deafening
