Just my view on this.
CCR has spent the last 6-12 months developing their technology.
If you look at the last three presentations they have spent a lot of time getting this right.
This acquisition will give them a massive foot hold in australia/nz. They now have the scale needed to dominate this market.
I would think once the numbers come out on a proforma basis that this will make the company profitable.
This then gives them revenue needed to expand their global footprint, which I think they will be pretty aggressive with next year.
Personally think this is massive game changer for the company.
Be very interested to see how the market views it.
