The whole point of buying traditional collecting agencies is to convert as much of their books as possible to digital. To grow the digital section of the business, which is obviously the most important, they can either onboard individual companies or they can acquire a legacy debt collection company and gain access immediately to multiple new streams of receivables. In my view either of these options are good and should be used in conjunction.
