If it's anything like how cap raises go the issue will be at a discounted average weighted number over the past few weeks.
This leads me to think the recent increase was deliberate. Mind you I got in the teens and exited a little early.
Which if you take the past 10 days is 22c which would be approx 8% discount on the current last close price.

Not trying to be a dampener here, but I cannot recall any cap raising being done at a price above the current sp value in this case 24c
Whatever way you cut this there will be shares on offer to sophisticated investors or alike in some form or another and this is to stump up $ to expand in some way or another.

Like the story of SBW, so will keep watching it. Maybe I shouldn't have traded the stick.
