    Not sure it is possible to have a CR without dilution unless no one partakes. This will add about 15M shares to the register. So somewhere around a 10% dilution, meaning a 22c share yesterday is worth about 20c today. Very rough figures and bound to be mildly inaccurate.
    It does however allow some investors to buy decent amounts of shares, without having buy bits and pieces on market.
