What i can read is having digital art created into physical art helps the sales of nft's.

PHYSICAL NFTs ARE THE NEW THING WHEN IT COMES TO NFT SALES. THEY ARE THE SIMPLEST WAY TO SHOWCASE NFTs AT HOME WITHOUT THE HASSLE AND NEED OF HAVING TO HANG OR CONNECT ANY ELECTRONIC DISPLAYS. AN INCREASING NUMBER OF ARTISTS ARE CURRENTLY TAPPING INTO THE NFT MARKET WHILST AT THE SAME TIME SELLING THEIR PHYSICAL GOODS ALONG WITH THE NFT PURCHASE.

Seems these guy's want a piece of the action in the growing digital art space.
If T3D can capitalise in this sector with creating the physical art version from nft's.

Associate the costs to make the physical art verion in 1000's of orders of NFT'S
to a physical form, would be highly lucrative.

Or the cap raise is for something else entirely, but it makes sense from last announcement &
my research on John Conidi, he shows interest in NFT's on linkedin.

Under 5m mkt cap this could really fly.
