Ann: Trading Halt, page-29

I know this company has lacked the pizazz we had all hoped for this past year but, I'm actually pretty hopeful right now. We've just had a pretty major addition to the board...a pretty major departure yesterday.. and the very next day when we don't need any cash (currently still have over $5M in the bank) we get a raising of funds.
I'd say someone may have shaken this up for the better and may have changed the direction of this company?? We will see.

As they say "Raise money when you don't need it, so you can use it wisely when you have to" (or I might have just made that up).

I'll be holding to see where this goes from here.
