    Ok probably a stupid question - I see on the PAC placement info it states soph & prof investors only. Does that also apply to the SPP? I have been a holder for ~3 years now but don't qualify as soph - will I still be eligible?

    Additionally, is there any consideration of your current holding for how many shares we are eligible to buy (I guess like a rights issue)? Or is it just a binary held or not held before the cutoff date?
