The timing for drill rig letter of credit would have been known a fair while ago IMO, this is not Scott or Stuart's first rodeo.
The seismic timing would have been known by Scott and co also IMO. They would be well aware how long it takes. Scott explained why its taking longer than usual, they are integrating it into current seismic.
I do agree that they could not have predicted the sp, but I see it as my last chance to load up before the gloves really come off.
