    $2m SPP at 0.10 is only 20m shares. The options will be a nice bonus but there is no way we will get anywhere near the maximum allocation. I would have preferred a rights issue to loyal holders and no insto involvement. Raising $5m might pay for the mobilisation costs and any long leads we haven't already ordered but the big raise is still to come.
