RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Connected IO Limited (“Company”) is pleased to advise in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.2 and
Section 251AA of the Corporations Act, details of the resolutions and proxies received for the Annual
General Meeting held on 6 January 2022.
All resolutions were passed by poll, including resolution 4 which was passed as a special resolution

So the aforementioned sale is going ahead.
What this means for the SP I don't know, though it has crept up in recent sessions.
