thinking about LTR's future path into refining as well, arrangement could could stand for just that. Securing a supply of spod now with the option to switch to Lithium hydroxide. Now who would be in the market for that and be so foreward looking/planning? My guess VW planning on building 6 Giga factories might just be one of those candidates.
Tesla might be another ...
