Now that got me thinking. Yes - rare, I know.
HOW CLEAVER to say to a prospective client for a massive mega deal, "Now that we have the details ironed out, would you mind terribly coming round next Monday to formerly sign the paperwork?".
That way we can time the ASX announcement to fit their guidelines, keeping it all legal like.
Why? Well we have a CR we want to make sure gets over the line and the timing could be critical, so will a handshake do until then?
All the while this takes place when FIFTY PLUS suitors were whittled down to a short list of SIX. And FIVE may still be waiting in the wings ready to pounce! lol
