Personally, I don't think China gets a look in at this stage, unless they are prepared to trump all players on price etc. , just not gonna happen.

Hell even Sony, Apple and Samsung want to produce Electric Vehicles.
This "arrangement" should be all good ! and will be the first of many very special "arrangements"
