I just had a FLASH moment! Bequeath an inheritance amount for 50% of purchase price (trust fund, whatever???), that stipulates to be used for a BEV purchase only. Could that possibly work?
I think you might have something there TR? Maybe we should all insert a similar clause into our final Will & Testaments? After all, the younger family members are eventually going to do very nicely as a result of the investment efforts of us oldies who invested heavily & held LTR long term. Maybe that's another reason why they might choose to not bother investing themselves? The early bird doesnt always get that elusive worm, hey?
