We need to wait and see what the capital raise offer is before jumping to conclusions.

A looming CR has been the only stain on MRQ these past few announcements. It's halted growth. So why not potentially raise at 0.9c, 1c, or maybe even at a small premium, and have good news to follow. If these additional shares end up in the right hands, they won't be going anywhere for a long time.

I'd rather a capital raise now, and then use the next few months worth of announcements to actually steadily grow the share price- and not just some day traders pockets hoping for a quick pump and dump.
