MY take is Venus won't need to dilute it's shares to fund its contribution for development , VMC currently has around 150 mil shares and when Youanme is producing they could still have only 150 milion shares on issue for there 30% of the business , it's there choice .

VMC has elected for an interest free loan from Rox to cover its share of costs.
Another possibility here is that Rox will make an all script offer for Venus.
imo Rox was reluctant to do this earlier because its shares were undervalued but that is changing.
Or Rox may buy Venus's share of the JV.
Some form of consolidation is inevitable because the JV is a millstone for Rox
Matty would probably prefer to make a quick profit.
