agree about Marty wanting the quick buck. What is interesting though is that both vmc and rxl are still both grossly undervalued based on the jv alone, I’m not even talking about other assets or cash.
bearing in mind the upgrade, a bid by rxl to the equivalent of say 50 cents a share of vmc is still only a 70 mill market cap for vmc . Still seems a little low but bearing in mind vmc is trading @ 20 cents this surely would get the job done?
