hmm I guess it will depend on what the two billionaires think. They own about 25% from memory of vmc. If they decide 30 cents is enough then that’s what it will be.
Personally I think rxl will have to pay a premium for the full control that I think everyone knows they desperately want, and if they are only paying in scrip then I doubt 30 cents will get the job done. I certainly wouldn’t want to accept 30 cent all scrip offer. 40 though would probably do the job….
