I'm not trying to suggests KC is doing a bad job. Just that communication isn't something he puts much emphasis on. He's a heads-down get the work done kinda guy.
Re offtakes, I agree. It won't be any of this wishy-washy MOU shit. I still wouldn't be surprised though if VW just comes in and decides to buy out EMH and just run it as a JV with CEZ themselves, but I don't think that'll happen until after DFS. But if that's their intention they may still sign an off-take anyway just to get in front of anyone else.
