The company’s brokers were seeking buyers for 22.7 million new shares at $7.70 a share, which was a 4.8 per cent discount to the last close, to raise $175 million.The placement was accompanied by a shareholder selldown worth $30.8 million at the same price.
Huge raise but a reasonable discount so I am pretty happy, want to see what they are doing with all that money though.
