Interesting outlook! Most companies have a TH when it comes to a point where the project reaches critical point ... and an announcement of that sort is EXPECTED AND ANTICIPATED, with a positive view that the outcome is what one invest in the company for, not with a view that after a project reaches some point, then the news should be "abandonment", as reflected by ur post. It beggs the question why invest if one cannot hope, or at least be prepared to receive a news.
