There have been a few I remember. My favourites were from about this time last year on another graphite stock. That period should go down in the record books for something.
But yes, I agree with your comments. I think I would slightly prefer the later and a smaller raising, say 4 to 6 mil. That would cover DFS and some general working capital for the year. That seems small enough. Then lower over hang and then we can start a new uptrend in relatively quick order.
