I tend to agree that this incident is unlikely to be catastrophic and should not have too detrimental an effect on the share price. According to CommSec, 253000 call options were exercised at or above $2 this morning. A couple of quarterlies could be affected but fundamentals of the business have not changed and the macroeconomics are very much in support of gold.
