If you knew this announcement was coming today, would you have exited? You can always buy back your shares cheaper and despite some tax planning nuances etc many would have undoubtedly exited with that market intelligence. I would have jumped out 100% as well if I knew the Tropicana acquisition was coming as the SP decline thereafter was virtually certain.
Depending on the POG and the ST damage done by the next announcement, this could easily drop to $1.80 after resumption of trading. We were at $1.98 a couple of days ago and a 10-20c drop is not at all unrealistic.
