Disappointing as it is to get a revised guidance below 460 Koz (430 Koz maybe?), if we take a comparison to SLR that closed at $1.860 yesterday, there is very limited room for RRL to fall.
Silver Lake Declared Successful Bidder for Harte Gold adding 800,000 ounces of reserves. SLR is now going to have over 2 million ounces in reserves and if operations go to plan it will be looking at producing almost 400,000 ounces a year
If POG maintains its momentum, and the market recovers a bit from the Friday bloodbath upon reopen, I can’t see RRL fall below SLR SP which is likely to continue climbing. Nonetheless, the market is not rational. I do believe there is a window of opportunity for top-up/ accumulate/ re-entry.
