just speculating here, it doesn't make sense to raise at 3.8c after a drop of 15% from 5.3 to 4.5c the day before after a reasonable announcement UNLESS someone wants to buy in. (there hasn't been many shares up for sale recently).if they needed money could have raised earlier when SP 5-7c
