Back when spq, was 1.3c it was 20m cap, so getting 5m in with present cap is pretty good as it's 25% cash vs cap on the 1.3c price / 20m cap.

Sets a floor I feel around the 4c mark if 3. 8c is the raise price. I doubt those that take up shares will sell, I get the feeling some maybe institutions as there had been accumulation this year, some end Dec also.
