Still smoking, not sure I have this deal wrong, but seems to me this deal is worth more than TOT market cap (noting it is as yet uncommitted). My thought here is there is 677,569,754 IAP shares on issue and TOT owns 12.23% at 1.90 cash per share equals around $157m cash against TOT market cap around $121m (137.7m shares at 86.5c). Have I got something wrong here because the post announcement bids on TOT don’t seem to reflect this….
