I know what your saying but there are no issues with the lease as they have actually done an incredible amount of work especially compared with other companies progress . Just with JV's etc the environmental and engineering work will help but saying that I don't know if thats the next stage its JMO and I remember the days of Western Areas with people saying it was stalled and not going anywhere shares were fluctuation constantly between 22c and 9c (from memory) ,truth was a partner could of come in early and the company could of been absorbed by a large conglomerate giving a low SP appreciation but Streeter who had been pumping his own money in for 5 years wanted top money for himself and not be diluted out , shareholders benefited by his patience,arrogance and shares went from 12c to just shy of $10 with heaps of dumps on that trajectory
Not saying Emperor is or will be the same but the similarities can be observed amongst quality exploration plays
