With O&G acreage, you don't have " minimum expenditure " requirements as compared to mineral tenements, they are in fact more "budgetary requirements " that must be adhered to, which is why EMP has been able to keep the block in good standing....
As Colnago alluded, I wouldn't be surprised if they pick up an adjoining block as well....its no huge secret and has been mentioned in earlier reports if memory serves me correctly
