PlaySide Studios Limited (ASXLY) (“PlaySide”) requests an immediate voluntary trading halt be granted by ASX pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1. The trading halt is requested until the earlier of: • PlaySide releasing an announcement to the market regarding the result of its BEANS Web 3.0 NFT launch which commenced at 04.00 am Australian Eastern Standard Time this Friday morning; and • the commencement of trade on Tuesday, 8th February 2022. PlaySide considers that the trading halt is necessary to prevent trading in PlaySide securities that may take place in an uninformed market. PlaySide is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted. This request has been authorised by the Board of PlaySide.
