IMO this is absolute rubbish...
At the moment, WEC have fully drawn down DEBT of over $32 MILLION...
They have cash of just $1.4 Million...
So a cash deficit of minus $31 MILLION ...
Sorry to say this could possibly head into administration easily hence the sell down....
