White has been victorious in 2/3 tranches at the SICC and even the Supreme Court of Western Australia has seen a good arguable case in 2012 for a substantial damage claim prior they issued their freeze order. Hence the implosion of the damage claim in tranche 3 was not predictable and represents an unpleasant affair. I have no doubt that directors will and have to appeal the judgement. To cut the long story short: There is proper long term asset value in South Australia (imitable LCK). Travelling from Oz to China and Soutf Africa should be manageable again and a positive outcome from one of these prospects does not seem to be visionary for the short term.
