how can they 'not budget' for it - if anything Oil and NGL are on a bullish tear atm they wouldnt of been expecting to be getting 80USD a BOE at the start of the drilling.
if anything we should have more money then expect not less - this is simply s--t go from management and a disgrace. Anyone painting it otherwise is ignoring the facts of the situation.
