New to LPE. Just got in on the CR. Got heavily scaled back as they had a lot of interest. Will look to buy on market around 10-10.5.

The Biohub electricity for data centres and crypto data mining is what interested me here. Already leased out and an option to participate on the mining profits. At a post CR valuation of approx $15m, the topside above the 30c option price looks very doable.
The other side of the solar business looks boring BUT growing at 30% and 12 months from breakeven and profits is very scalable.
Directors buying also a very encoraging sign.
