Its only a significant discount is you compare with the vwap for the last few weeks.
If you compare the issue price with the average vwap over the past 9 months it is a great result!
The discount gets the issue away cleanly and efficiently and ensures maximum takeup.
Rather than whinging, you should focus on the opportunity here.
