Again, just want to re-iterate what @Speos mentioned.

"The funds raised through the Canadian flow-through shares can ONLY be used in Canada (Aka the Uranium project). This raise will be used in the Picha Copper and Silver project. The flow-through funds still remain and have NOT been spent."

Also, VAL reminds me of LRS right now. They did a CR at a price of 1.1c, opened up 1.3c then it flew till 9.7c within 5 months. I'm not saying VAL is going to do the same but considering what the Uranium ETF did last night and the price of copper- I wouldn't put it past.
