    In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Directors of Valor Resources Limited (‘the Company’, ASX Code: VAL) hereby request a trading halt of the Company’s securities pending the release of announcement regarding a capital raising. The Company requests that the trading halt be lifted on the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 14 February 2022 or when the anticipated announcement is released to the market.
