AGEs recent raise was completely different. It was a bonus share offer to existing holders (1 for 2 held as at a October 21) at a discount to market. Hence holders don’t feel diluted and the sentiment remains high.

I rode AGE from half a cent to a cent before existing and significantly increasing my VAL holding. I’m long here & I also believe in our fundamentals but VAL needs a lot more good news before we are taken seriously as a player in the U game. Here’s hoping the basin delivers the results we need very soon! GLTAH.
