Directors never miss capital raising opportunities at the flea bitten mongrel end of the market and not waiting for assays or announcing the discovery of visible mineralisation says to me that there's a decent chance that they haven't found anything visible. They use whatever leverage they can so logic suggests that they currently have none or they wouldn't be raising at 1.1 cents.
