please explain valuation

    Hi,

    I am struggling to understand the $70m valuation assigned to 8.7Mt of Iron ore.

    IOH have relatively low capital expenditure of $10m to set up the mine.

    Why is their ore worth around $10/t when RIO would sell it for $100/t?
