It's main income drivers appear to be a subscription weight loss plan and powdered smoothies.

It has a 4.6* rating on Trustpilot and appears to be very responsive to any negative customer reviews.


Personally I am not convinced that this is the best timing for a CR.

Pros
- The Healthy Mum appears to have synergies in products ie: powdered manufacturing.
- The Healthy Mum appears to have a subscription service.
- PEP's investment in 'The Man Shake' last week showed there is value in these types' of businesses when done correctly.
- The price ie: $46.99-$69.99 seems high for a tub of powder which could result in high margins if done correctly.
- It has a significant social media presence.
- A controlled Bergen selldown.

Cons
- I do not know much about the business, have never heard of it which raises Q for me about it's real market presence.
- The SP finally had some positive momentum, this aquisition may derail that.
- CR at 10c is at an ATL, this hardly represents value for the SH unless you participate in the SPP.
- Bergen are exiting.

I will watch how the market reacts before deciding whether to participate in the SPP but remain positive for the LT. DYOR.
