Initially I was not a fan of this, but after thinking about it.... $5 mil for a company that has an EBITDA ~$4M PLUS synergises well with existing business model, my though process is that maybe this wasn't so much planned but rather an opportunity that they just couldn't turn down?
I mean, maybe there's an opportunity here to integrate the manufacture of the new product into existing facilites to further reduce costs?
At the end of the day they are only paying 1.2 years earnings (roughly) for a company that has potentially a good growth trajectory.
The only negative I see is the raise at historic lows but I think that's kinda offset by the fact they are only paying 1.2 yrs EBITDA.
