You don't even need to look up details beyond the fact that its an online weight-loss programme business that has just had a spike in revenue because of all the lockdown fatties with nothing to do. Smart move to dump it now. Stupid move buying this now.
The biggest question to ask HLF management is how the hell do these things even come across their desk. These acquisitions stink and they need to be seriously looked into.
I suggest anyone holding this stock or looking to buy should go and look at previous acquisitions and the wording of announcements.
