I completely agree, these weight loss grogram comes and goes. Won't be long before the herd jumps to something completely different by following some ticktock videos.

What I don't understand is how did this business become the subject of aquisition?

The market is going to punish this hard as how many weight loss program is there? I would rather HLF pay some online influencer with a few million followers to promote their current range rather than going to a business with a completely different direction to their core business.
