It's weird that they would raise when they stated they had $3.2m in the bank last quarter. They'll still have around $2m at the end of this quarter.
I've always thought there would be an acquisition here at some point so maybe they're just dotting i's and crossing t's and leaving some cash in the bank for when it does happen? All imo only
